Important: Netwatcher is a controlled circulation publication delivered in Adobe PDF format.  Effective January, 2004, we will be launching a new format which will require Acrobat 6 or higher.  We recommend that our readers and interested parties visit Adobe’s website and download the latest version of the reader immediately!

This newsletter is available only to qualified professionals in the networking space or to financial institutions and investors, subject to specific restrictions.  Contact us for requirements and subscription terms; please click this link to generate an email message to us, and complete the form in the message body.

If you qualify for subscription, we will send you an email notice that includes a sample issue, pricing, and restrictions. You must review and agree to these restrictions; submission of your payment and application constitutes acknowledgement that you have reviewed the terms of subscription and consent to each.

Netwatcher will be emailed to you each month in a "blind copy" email distribution of the same type used to deliver your subscription information. We cannot assits companies in debugging their mail systems, so you should insure that the issues will not be filtered out by Spam filters or other barriers. Each issue will have the word "Netwatcher" in the subject line; we recommend that you exempt such emails from filtering.

On the cover of each issue is an Edition Code. Three such codes are used, and they identify the type of license associated with the copy. A code of "W" indicates that the copy is a free web sample and not part of any subscription. This material may not be printed, but you may distribute the copy freely to others. A code of "I" indicates the issue is distributed as a part of one of our limited individual licenses. These issues may not be printed, and may not be distributed via email to anyone, even someone in the same company. A code of "C" indicates the issue is part of a company license, and may be printed or distributed without restriction within the company who purchased the license. There are no license classes that entitle subscribers to share their issues outside their own company in any way, and we will pay a reward of $500.00 US for information leading to the indentification and prosecution of anyone violating our copyright terms.

Subscription to our newsletter does not entitle the recipient(s) to contact us for additional information or for answers to questions on the material. If you send us an email inquiry or if you attempt to contact us by phone to answer a question on issue content, we may or may not elect to answer such questions without charging our normal consulting rate. We are a consulting company, and we cannot provide our services at no charge.
