Important!  Netwatcher will cease to be published with the June 2014 issue.  We will accept new subscriptions pro rata to that point, and process renewals with the subscription cost adjusted for the June 2014 termination.

Netwatcher is published only as an electronic document, in Adobe Acrobat's PDF format. The latest version of the Acrobat Reader (7.0 or higher) is required to read this journal. Printed copies are not available under any circumstances, but  licensees may print the PDF for their own use.

Netwatcher is an unusual publication in that it is a combination of in-depth analysis of current market issues and in-depth analysis of technology. This is not a light-hearted romp through trivial analysis of press releases. Many of our individual issues are 30 pages or more long, and individual articles are often five or six pages, which is longer than most professional journal articles. Because we have a very short publication cycle, our topics are up-to-date with the developments in the marketplace, both enterprise and service provider

Iissues are made up of three or four segments. Each month, the issue offers a Management Briefing on the recent events in the telecom industry and marketplace, and two technical sections (Strategies and In the Know) dealing with details of a technology, product area, or market area. Approximately three times per year, the fourth section, Market Area Focus, provides an in-depth look at market conditions in a given service or product area, including some market forecast data.

Once each year, in December, we publish our Annual Technology Forecast, a detailed examination of the business, technical, and regulatory issues that will shape the industry in the coming year. This issue is much in demand, and we recommend that you subscribe in November or earlier to insure your subscription will be processed in time to receive this important issue.
