This newsletter is available only to qualified professionals in the networking space or to financial institutions and investors, subject to specific restrictions. If you qualify for subscription, we will send you an email notice that includes a sample issue, pricing, and restrictions. You must review and agree to these restrictions; submission of your payment and application constitutes acknowledgement that you have reviewed the terms of subscription and consent to each.

Netwatcher will be emailed to you each month in a "blind copy" email distribution of the same type used to deliver your subscription information. We cannot assits companies in debugging their mail systems, so you should insure that the issues will not be filtered out by Spam filters or other barriers. Each issue will have the word "Netwatcher" in the subject line; we recommend that you exempt such emails from filtering.

The following restrictions apply to Netwatcher subscriptions:

• You may print a legal copy of the newsletter for your own use, or for use within you company, but you may not share it with anyone outside your company.
• You may email copies of the newsletter within your company, but you may not mail it to anyone outside your company.
• You may store copies of the newsletter on a server that is accessible to employees of your company, but you may not store the material anywhere where it is accessible to anyone not an employee.
• If you have contractors working with you on a project and under your control, they may be given access to copies of the newsletter under your supervision, but they may not take copies off your premises under any conditions, either in electronic or printed form.
• We will pay a reward of $5,000.00 for information that leads to the successful prosecution of anyone violating our copyright, or where a settlement is reached on unauthorized use, providing that such settlement includes a payment of at least $5,000.00 in penalties. If the settlement is for less, we will pay the entire settlement less attorney fees.

Subscription to our newsletter does not entitle the recipient(s) to contact us for additional information or for answers to questions on the material. If you send us an email inquiry or if you attempt to contact us by phone to answer a question on issue content, we may or may not elect to answer such questions without charging our normal consulting rate. We are a consulting company, and we cannot provide our services at no charge.
