CIMI Corporation’s services are normally offered in three forms:

· Hourly rate phone consulting.

· Full day on-site consulting.

· Document development

In addition to these basic options, we also offer a series of retainer programs. These programs are annual relationship agreements that include a package of services and information products, such as our Netwatcher newsletter. The programs are tailored to the needs of specific classes of client, but all programs are available to all clients. All of our retainer programs are based on an annual agreement, but larger commitments can be paid quarterly as long as the pace of payments (one per quarter) is matched by the pace of consumption of deliverables (a quarter of the white papers, phone sessions, etc. per quarter).

For startups in the networking/telecom space and other firms who need regular phone consulting access, we offer our Netwatcher retainer package, which includes a subscription to our Netwatcher newsletter and a package of 12 to 40 hours of phone consulting. This package is also offered with optional white paper development, with commitments to between four and 12 papers per year. Discounts on document development are offered depending on the yearly quantity. Additional papers can be purchased at the same discount level. In addition, day-rate consulting days can be added to the program, from a minimum of four to 12 per year.

We have a number of packaged retainers, but we would be glad to discuss special retainer programs for companies whose needs don’t exactly match the standard retainer products.
